    At the Sanctuary we are always looking for volunteers (minimum age 16 years). We would love to spend more time working with individual horses so that they may be re-homed but with the daily essentials keeping our small team of staff so busy, your help could really make a difference.

    Visitors Centre Assistant (afternoons only)
    Tour guides (afternoons only)
    Sewing machinist for rug repairs

Donate Fundraising

We receive no government funding and are reliant on the public to support us. There are many ways you can help by fundraising. Below is a list of the ways you can help and we are always open to new ideas.

Donate unwanted tack or stable equipment.

Distribute leaflets/posters to friends, your local feed store, shop, vet.

Host a coffee morning/ do a car boot sale or bring-and-buy.

Get sponsored-everyone can do something-serious or silly!

Get together with some friends and form a support group.

Organise a ceilidh.

Have a charity “dress down day” at work.
